The challenge
Design JMB needed a UX consultant to help out on a project for a health insurance provider, in particular to assist with UX research activities.
The project goals
Research and document the US health insurance landscape and the key personas. Present findings in an easy to consume and memorable way.
Conclusion
Presenting research findings in the form of a user community map and personas was a quick way of articulating the different users and their relationships to the rest of the team.
