• Deployed benchmarking and establishing a UX practice (2023)

  Evaluating the Deployed platform against benchmark usability and UX best practices and establishing a scalable and repeatable UX practice

• Fixflo Design Maturity Development (2023)

  Developing the product design function at Fixflo by helping establish best practice processes, methods and toolkits across strategy, research, design and testing

• Kallidus reporting mini design sprint (2020)

  A full day workshop focused around the research design sprint activities to create a shared understanding of the Kallidus reporting strategy.

• Kallidus Suite integration (2020)

  Establishing a design framework that transforms all Kallidus products into a 'one-stop-shop' for a company's HR management, providing a consistent, rich and integrated experience between products.
