The challenge

Kita was a new luxury skincare brand, and they required an e-commerce site to bring their products to market.

The project goals

Develop a responsive e-commerce website that reflected the luxury nature of the products as well as the five elements philosophy upon which the products had been created.

Approach

Since Kita was a new brand we ran workshops with the client to understand and develop a persona for the brand. We used this persona to then develop user journeys through the website, and turn these into an interactive prototype. Due to the nature of the products, we needed to embed a ‘five elements wizard’ that led users through a series of steps to work out their element and therefore direct them towards the products suited to them.
